Our aim is to have your parts dispatched within 1-2 business days.
For orders placed outside our business hours, parts will be dispatched the following 1-2 business days.
Delivery usually takes approximately 3 - 7 business days. You can trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number.
It is important that you provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any change of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
All delivery times given are estimates, and at times delivery can take slightly longer than estimated.
Australia Post Delivery:
By default, all our orders require signature or an authorised person to accept delivery.
Please contact us, if you want to opt for safe-drop for your delivery.
Our larger and bulkier parts are sent through Courier, so please make sure to leave a physical address and best contact number, as our courier doesn’t ship to P.O boxes.
Please note that someone must be at the delivery address to accept delivery, as these parts will NOT be left without authorisation.

We all want to help stop the spread of Covid-19 and keep our staff and customers safe. So our Melbourne stores will close for Pick-up from Thursday 6th August. But we’re still here for you to shop online with contactless services to ensure a safe delivery experience.
Our stocks are stored in a centralised warehouse in a different location, our Jefferson Ford dealership at Mentone is for online order local pick up purposes only. Your online order will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. You will be notified by our service and parts centre when your item is ready or you can confirm with us by calling 03 93005815. To avoid dissatisfaction, please do not come to the dealership until you have been notified that your order is now ready for pick up.
