Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive a text notification on your mobile device. Should you require urgent collection, feel free to expedite the process by calling or texting us directly during our standard business hours.

Please note: Our comprehensive stock is located at our Parts Distribution Centre, NOT at the Mentone Ford dealership.

Upon receiving your text notification, you'll have access to your order details, our warehouse collection address, and a designated phone number for assistance upon your arrival. Our attentive team will be straight out to greet you at the front counter, ensuring a seamless pickup process.

Our Click & Collect process is as easy as 1-2-3:

  • Step 1: > Shop Jefferson Ford Parts <
  • Step 2: Shop online and discover thousands of Genuine Ford Parts & Accessories specific to your vehicle. Add desired products to your cart and opt for Click & Collect at checkout.
  • Step 3: Upon receiving your text notification, park in the designated Click & Collect bays and proceed to the front counter via the driveway stairs. Have your order confirmation and valid ID ready for verification of your order.

Additional Click & Collect notes:

  • Click & Collect service is exclusively available during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm (excluding public holidays).
  • Note: Wednesday 24 December (Christmas Eve) & Wednesday 31 December (New Year's Eve) - Trading Hours are 8am - 3pm
  • All Click & Collect orders must be paid in full before collection.
  • Your Click & Collect order will be securely held for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should you require an extension on the collection period, please don't hesitate to request one. Otherwise, after 30 days, uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
